(1) Officials of constitutional bodies who have spent three years without taking any leave other than the coming holiday and festival leave, when they go to their home on their home leave and when they return from home, they will receive a daily and visiting allowance at the rate of half of the daily and visiting allowance that they get in accordance with this Act. But the family members will not get daily and visiting allowance.
(2) When an official of a constitutional body retires from his position or resigns with approval, he will receive a lump sum of up to one hundred and twenty days of accumulated home leave and sick leave pay at the rate of the salary that he has earned during that time. Even if he dies while in office, his family members who get such salary, pension or gratuity will get it.
